Channel Marketing & e-Commerce Intern

Do you want to be a part of a significant direct-to-consumer business, driving revenue within our North American channels? We are looking for a Channel Marketing Intern, supporting the eCommerce and Retail Marketing teams as well as working closely with the global marketing team, web & creative services, and sales teams. You will gain tremendous experience in the go-to-market strategies for both the eCommerce and the retail side of the business, gaining exposure in marketing tactics that help drive our substantial North American sales channels.

Internship will be from July - December 2018 for 6 months.

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

  • Support North American eCommerce Team:
    • Provide regular eCommerce sales and traffic reporting, as well as other eCommerce KPI’s
    • Pull insights from disparate databases centralizing insights regularly for broader consumption through dashboards to help optimize for future direct marketing campaigns
    • Traffic ad hoc creative materials (banners, email content, etc.) to vendors and external agencies
    • Manage and execute email campaigns, including creative execution and reporting
    • Support the management of internal communications of programs and activities
  • Support Channel Marketing Team:
    • Work closely with Channel Marketing team and sales managers to support North American retailer needs (e.g. Best Buy, Amazon, Target & more)
    • Traffic ad hoc promotional and retailer-specific creative
    • Maintain and optimize product information management tool & web content management tool
    • Develop tools and dashboards to track ROI on merchandising and trade marketing investments
    • Support in-store merchandising rollouts, partnering with retailers, display vendor(s) and logistics partners
  • Support national advertising tracking and organization
Qualifications:
  • BS or BA studies in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
  • Highly organized with superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with MS Office applications (Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Demonstrated interest in the "4 P's” of Marketing, consumer products, and retail environment
  • Familiarity or interest in web / ecommerce tools and concepts: Google Analytics, Content Management Systems, HTML/CSS
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment working with multiple team members
