Duties & Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day human resources functions including: writing job descriptions, attending recruiting events, interviewing, hiring and onboarding procedures
● Develop relationships with career centers and manage recruiting postings, update database
● Assist CEO with scheduling meetings, arranging travel, etc.
● Manage company calendar
● Plan and execute all company-wide events including launch parties, office team-bonding (will include small and large-scaled events)
● Act as official liaison to Shooting Touch (sister company)
● Help out with general needs of the office, be a team player
● Enrolled in Hospitality, Business Management, or Entrepreneurship, degree (preferred)
● Proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs
● Enthusiastic and strong work ethic
● Strong verbal and communication skills
● Aggressive attention to detail
● Proactive and self-motivated
● Flexible and able to handle multiple projects at one time
● Interest in footwear, athletics, and business
● Ambitious, team player, and creative!!!
